Administration and Expediting:

Complete administrational support of project, providing and preparing all contracts, agreements, documents necessary for handling the job, obtain records and study, providing references, submittals, meetings, pursuing and follow -ups of permit procedure, obtain Departments clearances And approvals, obtain “Building Permit”.

Job Observation:

Visit job site activities periodically, report any discrepancies at construction site, shop drawing, instruct contractors, clarifying all up -coming questions about drawings and details specifications-- etc.
