Mr. Behnam Yassan is the founder and principal of company has the Master Degree in Architecture from the “University Of Tehran”, Iran in 1978.
He has been working successfully on residential and commercial projects in Iran and United States for more than 29 years.
His high management and design skills and professional qualifications make clients most confident and reliable about their projects to be done efficiently and complete in high quality.

Establishment:

Building Development Consultant Inc. (BDC inc.)

is a California base corporation which been established in 1993 for providing professional consultation ,design , preparing drawings ,complete package of construction documents ,administration services and obtain building permits for building developers .
Since then we were doing a lot of residential and commercial projects and obtaining building permits in Los Angeles and Orange County metropolitan areas.

Field of work:

Residential: costume designed new single family and multi-family dwellings plus remodeling of existing dwelling and additions.
Commercial : new developments , remodeling or additions to existing ,low rise commercials consisting of ;office building, cultural centers, warehouses and strip mall shopping centers.

Building codes:

All works are according to 2007 United National Codes (UNC), And 2007 California Building Codes (CBC), 2007 California Plumbing Codes (CPC), 2007 California Mechanical Codes (CMC), 2007 California Electrical Codes (CEC),and local codes and regulations.
